My HERO Privacy Policy

1. Who operates My HERO

My HERO is operated by Success Connection Co., Ltd. as the central membership, HERO Credits, rewards and service-connection platform for participating HERO businesses and approved partners.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use My HERO, we may collect your name, email address, mobile number, verified LINE user identifier, profile image, member ID, consent records, QR and referral source, branch or unit attribution, reward claims, Credits ledger, redemptions, connected-service activity, payment references and insurance referral status.

3. Why we use it

We use information to create and protect one central member account, prevent duplicate welcome rewards, maintain the immutable Credits ledger, verify eligible claims, provide rewards, preserve acquisition and activity attribution, connect requested HERO services, detect abuse, support members and comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing and partner access

Information is shared only with the relevant HERO business, payment provider, insurer, service provider or participating partner when necessary for the service you request, subject to consent, access controls and applicable law. A partner does not receive unrestricted access to the central My HERO member database merely because you scanned its QR.

5. LINE

When you continue with LINE, My HERO receives a verified LINE identifier and the profile information you authorize. We send the raw LINE ID token to our server for verification with LINE; we do not trust profile information sent directly from the browser. You can manage the Official Account through LINE.

6. Retention and security

We retain membership and transaction records for as long as required to provide the service, protect the Credits ledger, resolve disputes and meet legal or regulatory duties. We use authentication, role-based access, audit logging and restricted partner access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, restrict or delete eligible personal information, withdraw consent where applicable, or object to certain processing. Some transaction, audit, payment or insurance records may need to be retained by law or legitimate business requirements.
